We have the arrangements of turning of components on latest and advanced CNC machinery and equipment. We have well trained staff with us.

COMPANY OVERVIEW- RS Industries was started in Sept.2010 by its founder Mr. Nishant Rastogi, graduate engineer from UP Technical University. Since its inception, RS Industries has been working as a manufacturer of various Automobile, Telecommunication and Medical components. RSI has infrastructure and dedicated team of qualified people for meeting stringent requirement of Customers. The organization has a proven track record of supplying the products to the satisfaction and expectation of its valued Customer.

Over the period, the organization has grown substantially and has its own manufacturing unit with well established infrastructures and is around 20 kms. from Delhi and situated on Delhi – Agra Highway. The unit is spread over an area of 1800 sq. Feet. The organization has its own power generation facility to ensure the availability of uninterrupted power supply. The organization laid stress on the quality of product and services and to ensure the same, the organization has acquired necessary manufacturing, inspection & testing equipments, other infrastructure / supports and has employed qualified and experienced personnel having requisite skill and competence in all areas of its activities.

To facilitate quality at all stages, the management has established a quality management system in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 under the supervision of its director – technical. The management representative has the overall responsibility to develop, implement and maintain the quality management system. The quality management system includes quality manual as the apex document defining the company’s quality policy and objectives and addressing all the clauses of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and providing overall guidance in all aspects of quality management system.

In addition to the above quality manual, process flow charts, quality plans, procedures & work instructions for various activities and record formats have been established to ensure that the products provided by the organisation conform to the specified quality and customer requirements. To meet stringent quality requirement, the organization has laid out detailed instructions for inspection of raw material, in process and final inspection. The management takes nonconformities during production and customer complaints very seriously, analyses these before initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure continued improvement in quality of its products. The various standards and specifications including statutory and regulatory as applicable are strictly adhered to demonstrate that the organisation complies with the specified requirements.
